Oven Baked Potatoes

What could be more budget-friendly than these? Potatoes. Cheap, easy to make, and oh-so-delicious.

All you need is a few ingredients and you’re set to go.

To make this easy baked potato recipe, you will need:

Potatoes- your choice. Russet, Red, or Yellow.

Butter -salt- pepper

Toppings: Top with

Bacon, Chili, Shredded Cheese, Avacado

Sour Cream, Broccoli, Onion, Salsa

chives, garlic, leeks, and parsley.

Really anything you want or anything you have at home on hand. Go Wild and live it up.


Heat oven to 450°F.  Line a large baking sheet with foil.

poke the potato 3 or 4 times on all sides.  Place the potato on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the baking sheet.

 Brush the outside of the potato with melted butter and salt generously and place back into the oven. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.

Slice halfway through the potato lengthwise. Top with your favorite toppings and serve while hot.
